# Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy ## Subscription charges VPS Client Desk charges for the dashboard subscription only. Any subscription price, billing interval, plan limits, tax and pilot conditions are shown at checkout before purchase. The planned Starter price is USD $15 per month for one dashboard instance; it is charged only when that plan is offered and a customer completes checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly in advance unless checkout says otherwise. Vultr compute, bandwidth, storage, taxes and other third-party charges are separate and are not collected by VPS Client Desk unless checkout expressly and lawfully states otherwise. Review third-party bills directly with the provider. ## Cancellation You may cancel through the account billing controls or the cancellation route shown at checkout. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; access generally continues through the already-paid period unless applicable law, a provider requirement, or a security issue requires earlier suspension. Keep confirmation of your cancellation. If the online route does not work, contact us using the support route shown on the VPS Client Desk website or in your account. We will not charge for a new period after an effective cancellation. ## Refunds If you cancel, charges for the current subscription period are generally not prorated or refunded, except where required by law or where we decide a refund is appropriate. If the service is unavailable or materially different from what was described, contact us promptly so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund or account credit. This policy does not limit any mandatory right to cancel, withdraw, receive a refund, or obtain another remedy under consumer law. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before disputing it with your payment provider where reasonable; this does not take away legal rights or card-dispute rights. ## Payment failures and changes If a recurring payment fails, we may ask you to update your payment method and may pause paid access after reasonable notice. We will show any price change before it applies to a renewal and will provide a cancellation option. Taxes may be calculated or collected where required. Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method where practicable and processed subject to the payment provider's timing.
